Geforce FX 5900 Ultra Overclocking

Does anyone know of a good utility that will let me adjust the clock speed on my FX card? The eVGA card now ships at 450 MHz but I want to bump that up possibly back to 500 MHz. I know Gainward's drivers come with a utility to do this but I'm not sure if they are compatible with my eVGA card...

eVGA now has a new "performance" BIOS for their card, and I think (from what I've read) puts the card @ 500/900

once again, there is no way a company can tell if you overclocked there card, used AS3 (or any third party compound), or not the retail HSF

If they feel like it, they can run tests to figure out if the thermal pad was ever installed, because you'll never be able to remove all traces of it if you do use it... same with Arctic Silver... will they go through the trouble of testing it? Maybe not, unless you make it a habit of returning processors. Will you have to pay for it? We all will... if you get 2 processors for the price of one, AMD absorbs the cost initially, then passes it on to everyone else who buys products from them.

Your telling me you wouldn't overclock your 5900 ultra! What the hell? I would put that thing at like 600/1100 as long as it took about an hour between crashes.

thats my point exactly, i seriously doubt that AMD or any other company is gonna go through all the trouble to see if a thermal pad was installed. also, how can they tell that the retail HSF wasnt used? how can video card companies tell that their card was OCed???
