Geforce experience not working ?

hi guys , recently i updated my geforce experience to 350.12 .
my graphics card is gtx 650 ti . I used to record videos through shadowplay . but after the update gamestream and shadow play both are not ready .
the game optimization is working but the gamestream and shadowplay are not working . It's showing not ready .

don't know what's the problem . Please help me friends
 
Current GeForce experience is 2.4.3.22 and the current NVidia driver is 350.12. It is possible that the latest update has broken that feature for your gpu. If it was working with the old driver and version of experience then you might consider rolling back both versions to the one that worked for you. It wouldn't be the first time that NVidia broke something with a driver release.
 
Did you do a clean install(by choosing 'custom' during installation process) or just cliked net next next?? I'd suggest uninstalling I completely and then downloading 'just' the nvidia experience and install it fresh.

It happened with me when experience wouldn't let me change led settings.
