Geforce DRR reboots with KA7.. :/

ok, whenever i use any sort of 3d my computer simply reboots, it last for about one second then bam. I have installed all latest VIA drivers, latest KA7 bios and geforce drivers.

the computer works fine with my TNT2 Ultra, here are my exact specs;

ABIT KA7
Athlon classic 700
128 PC133 ram
Creative Geforce DDR
Sblive Value
400 WATT PSU
Seagate Barracuda

well yeah, any help would be greatly appreciated, ive tryed everything - thanks in advance.
