Okay, there's some NVIDIA drivers on the windows update site, said for GF3, but I have a GF2, (I know, NVIDIA does the unidriver model)... but what's the diff between the ones on Windows Update and the NVIDIA 21.83 XP drivers? Are they just WHQL certified?

Also, the ones on WinUpd are 3.3meg, the NVIDIA ones are 6.6meg.

Should I be downloading the ones from Windows Update?

SunnyD,

NVidia uses a "Unified Driver" meaning that any of their drivers work with all of their cards (at least the all of the GF/GF2/GFMX/GF3 lines) I was using the original "XP" drivers (21.80, I believe) under W2K SP2, but they were slightly buggy. Not bad, but I'd get the occasional lockup in UT. Last week, I DL'd the 21.83s from NVidia. Bugs all gone now!

Any GF3 driver will work with your GF2. Make sure you are downloading the driver for your OS. A Win98 Driver won't work very well under W2K and vice-versa. NVidia's site has kind of small text making it hard to read what your clicking on from time to time. PM me if you have questions. :)
