GeForce DDR TV-Out needs to detect a TV?

I can't get my GeForce DDR's TV-Out to work. I'm using the 12.90 Detonators and I've installed the Win2k TV-Out reg patch. Since my TV doesn't have an S-Video port, I'm using an S-Video to RCA converter. Any ideas? Thanks.

Usually you have to set your monitor resolution to 640x480 and the refresh rate to 60hz before you can use tv out.

Thanks, I'll try that. I've seen my friend use TV-Out on his GeForce 2 GTS setup and the TV-Out applet switches resolution for him though.
