That depends on what you are looking for. Currently it's the fastest single GPU card available. What's your budget/rez/pc configuration and what features are important to you?
 
The 980TI is the fastest singel GPU card on the planet if u have a good 3rd party cooler and OC it past what a stock cooler titan x can do 🙂
