GeForce 8800GTS Tearing?

Okay I have an 8800GTS, ForceWare 97.92, running Windows XP Pro SP2, Have V-sync and Tripple Buffering on.

Yet every game I play it tears, some games like World of Warcraft it isn't that annoying but others espeically FPS's it's really noticable and makes it horrible to play.

I've tried with V-sync on and off, same for tripple buffer, and every other video setting an no matter what there is always tearing.

where are you enabling vsync ?

In the Nvidia control panel i've set it to force vsync on and in the games i've set it to on if the option is there to.

Just installed the 101.02 drivers and no go.
