Geforce 8800 GT owners what is your GPU temperature when playing Crysis ?

WOW - thats a lot lower than than I get on my GTX

honestly I haven't seen temps so high on my card ever -- even with stress testing OC's with ATI tool

I'm getting low 80's with my OC of 620/1020 playing Crysis and 3DMark brings me to low 70's and ATI tool is mid to high 70's - never seen 80's before until Crysis demo

How loud is the fan on 70%?

The stock fan on my old 7800GT was VERY audible even at 40%.

It is fairly loud if you have a generally quiet rig, but I have a lot of fans. I should probably get rid of a couple as I barely notice it at 70%. 50% is a good level for a quieter PC.

Interesting, I'll test my MSI 8800GT OC today with Rivatuner for fan speeds. Right now from 25% (lowest) to 30% I can tell the difference with my case, and 35% is borderline annoying. Maybe I'm really sensitive to sound but other people have commented that my computer is fairly quiet.

I may end up putting off OCing though if it's similar to the 7800GT...ah well, factory OC is not bad either =)

At 35% it will still climb over 80C, maybe hit close to 90C after playing games for awhile.
