I've already gone to the questions/answers board on the Nvidia website where Nvidia stated that 8 series cards do not support Image Sharpening ... which was really a bummer for me because one reason I fell in love with Nvidia cards over ATI years ago was because of how much better everything looks when you sharpen the image.
I just got my 8800 GTS yesterday and it rox but I was wondering if there is a driver work around, or a driver in the future or something that can allow image sharpening without voiding my warranty
maybe it's a hardware thing - in which case, if it is then that sux, because I just *assumed* that this Geforce would have Image Sharpening like all the old cards did
Performance is great, but image looks like crap compared to before - at least on the desktop that is, and in my non-game applications. I don't really play games much - I use 3d applications such as Blender and Maya and now the interface looks much uglier than before which really is a bummer.
