Does it have dual link DVI capability to drive the high res displays? (i.e. 2560x1600+)

That's what I'm talking about!

Read the specs. "1 Dual Link TMDS DVI Connector"

By the way, from the specs it does look like a refresh, not a new design. It appears that G70 is not "NV50" thats been in development for over 4 years, it may have been pushed back. Ill wait til the reviews to pass full judgement, but this says NV40 on crack to me.

I'm not sure what's worse - its meager gains over the best a current-gen card can post, or people who think it's in any way sane to spend $650 on a GPU. I look fondly on the days when a new top-of-the-line GPU cost maybe $350. This mark-up is ridiculous.

Ok perhaps I should rephrase the question to a working dual link connection. After all NV is famous for touting (broken) features and cleaning up the mess later.

Other cards of theirs have had dual link for quite some time now...
