Geforce 6800GS pixelating

Hey I've had this Geforce 6800GS for a little under a year now and it's been running fine until the last few weeks. It randomly pixelates green near the dark colored areas of my screen. I constantly check the cards temperature and it stays around 45-55 C so I don't think it's an overheating problem. I've checked a couple sites and they said that the new geforce drivers maybe causing but only if you are running SLI. I only have 1 video card but i rolled back the drivers anyways and that didn't fix it. Can someone please let me know if there's anything I can do to fix this? Thanks!

Oh and my computer specs are AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 1 Gig of Corsair
