Received the video card, the free Ages of Empires III is full game in it's own case, was expecting a CD in a sleeve at best.
 
Yes, very, very nice for those on a budget, this card might be a little loud, but will deliver decent performance on the latest games (~6600+) while consuming a moderate amount of power.

Since this is PCIe, they are likely not unlockable due to nvidia making the hardware unusable. They are there, but not available to you, so far as I know.
