GeForce 6200 power requirements

I have a fairly old Compaq Evo D510 desktop, p4 2ghz 512mb ram, and a dvd burner. It has a 175 watt psu. I wanted to upgrade my video card cause integrated intel extreme graphics sucks. I was looking into a Nvidia geforce 6200 card. will these use too much power? what kind of upgrade can I do without upgrading my psu because its irregular. Thanks alot
