Newegg has the Biostar Geforce 6100 boards in-stock in both socket 754 and socket 939 variants. Both are mATX. Socket 754 is $62 and socket 939 is around $75
The s939 one seems to be pimped out color-wise, and preliminary reports indicate full overclocking features in BIOS. The s754 one seems to be ignored by everybody so I don't know (besides it being "normal" Biostar red color). If the socket 754 version also has full overclocking features in BIOS, then it could become a killer budget setup - $120 for a CPU/mobo Sempron combo that can clock up to 2.4GHz+ with a PCIe 16x slot and the best onboard graphics money can buy.
