The Gainward looks bad ass. But I've always liked Gainwards products. I'd go for it, if you have the cash.

Another vote for Gainward, excellent overclockability with their GF4 line, I was totally satisfied.

However, if PNY is still offering that ridiculously awesome lifetime warranty, that may be something to consider (in case you find a way to mess the card up [*COUGH* overclocking *COUGH*]) :D

I would get w/c ever one's cheaper. All 5900 Ultras should be coming from nVidia. If you value warranty then probably BFG. Gainward's are good for their Golden Sample cards.

BTW, I just saw the Fry's in Industry, CA. with a fresh batch of 5900 Ultras from BFG and their's seem to be from nVidia.
