GeForce 4Ti now, or Radeon 9500 later ???

I need to buy a computer very soon. I would like to have a graphics card that will last me a long time. Would I make a mistake of buying a Geforce 4 Ti4200 right now? When is the Radeon 9500 supposed to be released and how much should it cost?

I have been thinking of buying a motherboard with integrated graphics so I can tough it out for a month or two until the Radeon 9500 comes out 😉
