Geforce 4 Ti4200: Device cannot start

Hey, I've got a kt7-a Raid v1.0, and recently got a geforce 4 ti4200 (AOpen). It has been working great but all the sudden I'm getting an error in device manager with it. It is saying "Device cannot start. (Code 10)." I've tried re-installing drivers, restarting, uninstalling and restarting, etc... It won't let me force an IRQ on it, but its on the same IRQ as a ton of stuff... like 5-6 other things. Is there some way that is related to my problem? Is there a way to force the IRQ so its on it's own IRQ? Any help appreciated.

What OS are you running? Have you tried the card in another system? From what I remember, it is a real pain to move around IRQs in Wink 2k unless maybe from the BIOS.
