All GF4 cards come with dual display as standard either by using CRT+CRT or CRT+DVI (with DVI-to-CRT converter). The converter isn't always included and the odd card (like 1 or 2) only give you 1xCRT. I'm 99.9% certain the Asus 4200 Deluxe uses the usual CRT+DVI+TVout. The Asus 4200-128MB Deluxe is far better than GF4TI4400 cards so use that as your guide. They use a default clock of 260/550 to the standard 4200-128MB of 250/444 and 4400 of 275/550. The Asus Deluxe also o/c's to GF4TI4600 levels at around 300/640 ... VERY nice. Standard 4200-128MB o/c to 300/550 and as such are fatser than 4400 cards at their default.
Yup, over here in the UK (http://www.komplett.co.uk/) the 4200-128 is £146 while the Asus 4200-128 Deluxe is £191 which is priced at the same level as 4400 cards. However IIRC the Asus Deluxe uses faster RAM than most 4400 cards and o/c's better, it also sports all the technology from the 4400 cards like 8 layer PCB and BGA RAM. In short, I'd go for a 4400 myself, I'd get more for it when I came to sell it on, but if the Deluxe can drop a little more then it will certainly be worth it. At the mo the £146 4200-128 is still the best buy in the UK and reaches 4400 speeds in nearly all cases.
