geforce 4 ti 4200 problem

My comp use to work fine...

I haven't played any video games in a couple of weeks, but I wanted to play today and this is what happens, the game (simcity 4, c&c:generals, ravenshield) loads but when something loads up which the video card has to process (after loading a city and going into the actual game, the c&c generals menu screen with all the units in, going into a campaign) the computer restarts itself (no BSOD, just restarts)

Updated the sound card, video card, scsi card drivers

all window updates

Easiest thing to do is to try the card in another computer. I did this and found out my Ti4200 was bad good luck!

Could be a power issue, what are your clockrates on everything and what PS do you have?

I had the same problem had to do with a IRQ conflict, as soon as the card was told to actually do something that required it to think POW the computer restarted, best thing was already said though try it in another computer, also did you install any new hardware lately, I also have had 3 mOBOs that have caused this and replacing them fixed it.
