Which one is faster? Anyone have a link with some benchmarks?

AGP by a rather dramatic margain. The GF4 MX core depends pretty heavily upon some of AGP's advanced features.

As far as Nvidia MX boards go, the gf4 isnt to shabby of a card(they gave it DDR memory this time around which helps greatly). Definitely an agp mx over the bus limited PCI.
