I'm having problems playing DVDs using the TV-out w/ my GF4 MX420

I tested the DVD disc and TV and they play properly with my GeForce 3 standard and ATI Mobility Radeon 7500.

But with the GF4 MX420, I get color changing (it changes from normal to over-saturated every 5 seconds) and lots of horizontal scan problems (the video starts breaking up periodically).

I'm using the 40.72 det drivers, what's wrong?!?!?

The PC is a HP Pavilion 751N.

Thanks

Macrovision????

I purchased the Star Wars Episode 2 Full Screen DVD.

I played it on my Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop (ATI Mob. rad 7500) w/ the TV-out and it works fine.

I played it on all my PCs including the one with the GF4 MX420 and the monitor displays are correct. The only problem is that the TV-out for the MX 420 looks like crap for the DVD.

Should I try a different DVD software or something?

I'm using Intervideo WinDVD that came with the PC (GF4)
