Geforce 4 mx 440 or geforce 3 ti 200

the geforce 3 is 30 more at the webiste i am looking at but im stuck betweent the two. id like the newer card but will i get better performance out of the geforce 3?

its going into a box with an intel board and pentium 4 1.8A with 256 of ddr and probably xp.

Go for the GF3 Ti200 all the way! They're close on current game performance but on future games (like Unreal 2 etc) the GF3 crushes the MX!

BTW, nice setup! I'm currently running a P4 1.8A @ 2.25, 256 MB Crucial DDR Memory @ 166 MHz DDR (333 MHz), ASUS P4B266, GF3 Ti200 ... this machine is a beast! You will not be disappointed in its speed!

Get the GF3 Ti200. In most cases it'll be faster plus it has full DirectX 8 support.

I think the GF4MX460 performs almost exactly as well as a GF3Ti200, but not better. Not sure how the 460 will hold up on future games. I'd get the GF3Ti200 for said DirectX functions.

With Nvidia all you need to do is remember one thing, avoid anything with MX in the title!!!
