GeForce 4 MX 420 and an Sis Mainboard

I am trying to install this board. I have a Sis K7SEM mother Board with a 1.2 Ghz AMD. There is an onboard graphics card. I have installed all the latest bios and drivers, but I cannot get the my PC to even see the card. The motherboard user guide says it support AGP4x and all that. I dont know what I am missing. Could it be power, could it be grounding... ANY help would be appreciated.

SiS doesn't make any mainboards. By the model number, that would be an ECS Elitegroup brand board.

If the system doesn't see the card, chances are it isn't fully inserted. Try again.
