Geforce 3 Ti200 Problem.....

I posted this in the video forum but nobody knows whats up. Ok so I upgraded my computer which has a 2ghz northwood and Asus P4B266 running at 2.4ghz. I have a visiontek Geforce 3 Ti200 that was running 200/510 on my old comp. Now I cant even get the thing to run at default which is 175/400. Powerstip has a maximum on the memory of 370. Wont let me go any farther. So maybe the high Overclock is causing the problem? Dropped it down to 2ghz and it still does the same thing. It's benching horrible in 3dmark2001. About 1500 points below what it should be. I had benched this thing at 2.4ghz and only got a 6400,which is a horrible score. Any Ideas guys? It seems to run fine in games but its underclocked and would atleast like to be able to run at default speeds. One strange thing is when I tell it to set to defaults it puts the card at 175/270....?!?!Tried 3 different kinds of drivers....21.83's, 23.10's ,23.11's.

Is this with a fresh OS install? You may have to do a fresh install to get the mobo agp driver to jive with the graphics driver. If not then no clue.
