Unless you've found an extremely good price on a Ti500, it makes far more sense to get a GF4 Ti4200. I would only consider whether you want a GF3 Ti200 or a GF4 Ti4200.

i agree with Pheran, unless you found a really good price on a ti500, you shouldn't even think about buying it. i bought a gainward ti200 a while ago for about $140 and i have it clocked at 250/560, which i believe is faster than the stock ti500 speeds. what's your budget? ti200's are about 120 right now and 4200s just came out so they're about 180.
