geforce 3 ti200 and dungeon siege problem

i keep getting horrible image tearing even when vsync is enabled i have tried EVERYTHING /new drivers/utilitys like rivatnt and geforce tweak and downloading the patch for the game but it still happens
anyone else had this problem

also, make dure your refresh rate is at least 70
