I have 2 questions:
1. How much can I safely O/C this with the stock fan on it?

2. Will this O/C do just as well as a geforce fx 5200?

This is on my budget 2nd pc that I plan on running EQ2( dual box). Right now it is O/C to 215 MHz/ 485MHz.

It varies. Basically overclocks arent based strictly upon the chip as a family, as much as they are based upon the pick of the litter that u got. I'd imagine you are getting towards your limit on your overclock. Is your second question mean will it do as well in framerate, or will it do as well in the overclock compared to the oc of a 5200?

-To give u some bearings, my gf3ti200 had a non-spinning fan that seemed to fail after 3 yrs of use. I managed to oc it to 206/481 WITHOUT the fan spinning. I think i just got lucky, but many people i know have gotten their ti200's above ti500 speeds. Just keep bumping by 2-3 mhz and thoroughly testing it at each point.

I think you are getting pretty far in your OC.
my MSI Ti200 ended up around that speed, I think actually 495 on the RAM, MAX though.. I just ran it at 200/460 (regular GF3 speed)

255/530 on my leadtek ti200. I do have the artic cooling silencer 3 or whatever. but the fan is on the lowest setting.

even if you don't upgrade the hsf, I recommend reapplying some arctic silver or other thermal compound. that made a big difference in mine. 3 years and the stock compound wasn't looking so great.

also, take a look at your ram. mine was 4ns, which helped me with acheiving such a fantabulous overclock. if you have 5ns, I would expect different results.
