Hi, i have a small problem for some reason that started about 4 hours ago. I start up a game, it was ground control, and then for some reason after like 5 mins into the game the screen turns into something like this. Black, with lines of blue and red crossing over.

or like when I load of Warcraft III, the game flashes really fast between the regular game screen and black.

DOes anybody happen to know whats wrong with it? Is it hardware problems, like overheating?

could be 3 things:

1st) check for any game patches (unlikely if you've been playing this game fine for awhile now)

2nd) check for any video driver updates (again, unlikely if you've been playing the game for some time now)

and finally (and most likely the culprit) your thermal solution between your gpu and heatsink has probably crapped out and you are due to replace it, or, if i were you, i'd just get a better heatsink for the card. stock heatsinks usually blow goats. solution = artic silver = $5
