Geforce 3 settings

I tested my quake3 benchmark with demo001 (clean install didnt feel like dling the patch just yet) and i only got 97 fps with a leadtek geforce3, and i know that i can get around 140 or so, im using the 1080 drivers but i would like to know the best internal settings.
