geforce 3 issues

I ran a timedemo for Quake 3 and all i got was 37 fps @ 1600x1200x32

somethings wrong, my proc is a 1.5GHZ tbird

Make sure FSAA isn't on.

a friend of mine is having the same results. p4 1.5 and a g3, only getting around 40 fps too. anyone with any ideas?

i went through the display properties and made everything default. but damm talk about jaggies

Sounds like a prob with the 4in1 drivers and opengl.....

what drivers are you running, and do you have your antialiasing off?
or set to quincuxx?
Also make sure you have your vertical sync off if you are running in OpenGL
