geforce 3 and overscan

is creatives geforce 3 the only one that doesnt have overscan? if the tv out sucks as much as this card on all geforce3 cards will new drivers make it possible, or is this a built-in defect in the nvidia circuits?? the tv out is completely unusable the way it is now....!! :(

Yes, i got one in my computer right now :)

it looks good (though i cant compare it with other cards since i havent seen any card in action) and it runs ok (havent OC'ed it, though)

what chip does your GF3 use for tv-output? if it's just a brooktree one like most/all GF2's used then get TV tool - you can use it to tweak overscan etc.

i have no idea what chip it is, but as i understand it is the same as elsa, msi etc (the creative card is appearantly identical to msi's card)

what tweak util should i use if it the same as GF2?

BTW i've tried the lastest 12.90 drivers, but same result
