Geforce 3 and freeze ups

I got the Elsa Gladiac 920, i used the drivers that it came with and it was being weird, so i loaded 12.90, it freezed all the time so i put 12.41, doesnt freeze but when i leave Quake 3 or serious sam it says KMODE_Exception_not handled nv4_disp.dll. What the heck is that?

I have the Kt7A -raid
1.2GHz 266
512mb Micron
sblive platinum 5.1
dlink nic
cdrom
dvd
harddrive
win2k servicepack 2

my framerate in quake stays at a constant 90fps no matter what rez i use.

How do i find the framerate in serious sam?

I also only get 1777 3d marks

I have the WW bios,

What do you think will fix this?
