Geforce 2mx/twin view/tv out and dvd problems

Im using 12.41 whql drivers, and tries to play dvd on the tv screen. I can not get it to show anything, neither in clone mode, or "side by side" mode. I would like to get it running in "side by side" mode and put the movie in full screen on the tv. And not the monitor. How do I do that? Im using windvd 2.1.
