I got a tv out model just to be able to watch dvd's on the tv. But this damn thing doesn't want to do that! I have tried with 6.31, 6.50 and 12.41 drivers. My guess would be the macrovision. But why do they put a tv-out on a video card when you can't watch dvd's with it?!?
I tried some program called tvtool5 or something like that. But it doesn't detect the tv-out chip (philips 7100 or something). This is a gainward 2mx400. The tv out does work when im using the dual view thing, but well im not interested in surfing the net on the tv.... I want the dvd's to work! Is it possible to disable the dual view, and make the tv-out as the primary screen, and then watch dvd's? This would be a pain in the arse, and I really want to get it working in the dual view thing.
