For the amount of gaming I do I can't justify GeForce2 GTS prices, much less what the NV20 and Rampage will probably cost.

I love to game..but these cards just cost to much.
Do you guys think there will be a single chip Rampage card that will be in the price range of the V4/GF2MX or should I just get an MX now?

The GeForce 2 (OEM) goes for about $160 shipped.
The Radeon 32 MB DDR (retail) is $132 shipped @ buy.com right now.
The Voodoo 5500 (retail) is $146 shipped @ buy.com right now.
The Voodoo 4500 (retail) is $115 shipped @ buy.com right now.
The GeForce 2 MX (retail) is $120 shipped.
The GeForce 2 MX (OEM) is $100 shipped, without heatsink or fan.

Chances are, when the NV20, etc. come out, these prices will drop. However, any low end spin off of these chips will likely be at the same price points as the above.

For $120, the retail MX beats the rest. For $130, the Radeon loses to the MX in 16 bit, but beats it in 32 bit. So it really

Personally, I bought the Radeon for $147, so you get a better deal on it than I did.

I had a Radeon 64MB Vivo and couldn't stand it.

Thanks for the suggestion though. The Radeon looks really nice on paper, but just didn't get along with my system well.
