Geforce 2 MX + win2k, good?

Not up to date w/ how the MX performs under win2k... any probs? My friend needs a new video card, and IMO, this is the best bet. He's coming from a *shudder* stealth 2000..... ugh..

He set his budget pretty high, but I think he shouldn't cause he needs ram too and stuff. I'd go for a radeon 32 ddr, cept still waiting for ATI's drivers. I don't want him to have to deal w/ that.

 
I have Win2000 with SP1 and a VisionTek Geforce 2 MX and have had no problems. My problems came from the soundcard.
 
Zero problems, I repeat, NONE, with Herc Prophet II MX, Win2K. Using 6.31 dets, ran just as good with the supplied Herc 5.32 based drivers.
