Geforce 2 MX problems

I have a problem with my new Inno 3d Geforce 2 MX. I have a 533 Celeron @ 850, 128 MB Crucial PC133 RAM, Abit BF6 motherboard, with the latest bios updates, Windows ME and 6.18 Detonator 3 drivers. When I first boot my pc up, everything works fine. But once I load a couple programs, even Internet Explorer, My Computer, Notepad, when I go into a 3d game or look at the display properties, it has an error in nvdisp.drv. Nothing I do fixes it; I've tried clocking the cpu back to normal, and putting failsafe setting in the Bios, increased the AGP aperture size, gone back to older NVIDIA drivers, all in vain. Someone please help. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice, but I forgot to mention that I had already tried the 6.26 drivers, and it still had errors.

I wonder if this is a WinME problem since WinME seems to be having lots of software problems, anyway all I can suggest is completely uninstall Nvidia drivers & try again ,if you get same problem try reinstall of DirectX & even Windows ME.
