GeForce 2 GTS, GeForce 2 Ultra, GeForce 2 Pro - what the heck?

What is the difference between these three cards? I'm trying to decide what to throw in my rig or if I should just go with a GF3.

Well at the time the Geforce 2 Ultra was the fastest card around. It was the king of the hill at the time.I have an Ultra and it just has higher clock and memory speeds, along with being a 64mb card.

The difference between the geforce2 is that the memory speed is different.
Geforce2 gt = 6.0ns , Geforce2 Pro = 5.0 and geforce2 ultra = 4.5 ns.
The lower the ns is, the better.
Correct me if i'm wrong.

GTS: core 200 MHz, memory 333 MHz.
Pro: 200 MHz, memory 400 MHz.
Ultra: 250 MHz core, memory 460 MHz.
