I have just bought a Voodoo5500pci and I want to run it in a dual setup with my elsa ultra, what problems can I expect ? and does anyone have any suggestion ?

Most likely it won't work. This depends on your configuration and your OS. I have seen dual monitors work with 2 PCI cards(same brand, same model) under Win98, and I think there is support for it in 2000. You MAY get a V5 PCI and a Geforce 2 MX PCI card working happily in one machine, because they are both PCI, but if you have a V5 already the MX would do you no good(especailly in gaming).

By the way, the dual card monitor system that i saw working was 2 V3 3000's.

I run my Geforce 2 Pro AGP with my Voodoo 3 PCI using windows 98 and dont have any problems at all. Just don't put the Voodoo in the first PCI slot. I cant see you having any problems with the 5500 PCI.

I see no problems with running them together. I've run my Geforce2 MXR AGP with a Matrox G200 PCI, no problems at all in Windows 2000. Same with Windows 98. Great for dual monitors.
