I need some advice about the Geforce 2 cards. Specifically, I'm looking for people who have a Geforce 2 Ultra, Pro, or GTS and a BX motherboard setup. I'm concerned about running into AGP compatibility issues and I'm curious which would be the best card to get. Please post benchmarks (i.e. Quake 3 or 3DMark2001 scores) with your setup so I can get an idea of performance. There is a possibility I could get a Geforce 3 Ti 200, but I'm not sure how it would run on my setup. Here is my current setup:

Abit BH6 BX motherboard
Celeron 633@950
Crucial PC100 256mb
WD 20gb hard drive
SB Live Value
Voodoo 3 2000 PCI (ouch)

Also, I can't spend more than $75 and I'm totally open to suggestion on brand name (Visiontek, Asus, etc.). I'm trying to get ready for Unreal Tournament 2003 and any help would be great. Thanks.

I have a MSI GeForce2 Pro on my Abit BX6/PIII 800 setup. Works great so no compatibility issues to worry about. Best 3DMark2001 score I ever got on that system was 3128. If you're planning on using this new card with UT 2003, based on Anand's 15-way GPU shootout, I'd say get an ATI Radeon 8500 for $100 as the best price/performance product.

GF2 cards will generally run just fine in BX440 motherboards - just make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your motherboard.

Also doublecheck your manufacturer's website for any specific problems they might have listed.
