geekatoo texted me about a local repair job...are they legit?

Somehow there is little info about them.
I got a text message about a job on my city (small city) and I need to register at their website for this which includes a driver license etc which I dont feel comfortable with unless I can get some feedback about them.
So if you know or have work this way, please let me know!

Yeah, that sounds legit. They text you out of the blue about a possible job, and to get anywhere you have to submit personal information on some sketchy site that nobody seems to know anything about.

By all means, make sure you include your social security number and bank account information on there while you're at it, they'll probably need it to complete a "background check"

I'm pretty sure they're legit, but it doesn't make sense that you were contacted without having an account there.
