Hmmm, probably Samus.

I mean no shield or invisibility could hide from her visors. And she has all different kinds of weapons from impact to energy, so draining Master Chief's suit with one blast and then finishing him with a morph bomb would spell certain doom for our fair chief.
 
Masterchief, with all his augmentations, he'd break her like a stick(despite the fact that she is uberflexible).

Now imagine if they had a kid! :shocked: Now that would pwn.
