I have a Leadtek Winfast Geforce 256 SDR and it runs (by default) at 120 (core) / 143 (Memory) Mhz. But in the Anandtech review of the SAME card, it says that the memory works by default at 166 Mhz.
Do I have to Overclock it or is it something normal?

PD: I live in Argentina, and Computers prices are now twice than two months ago (when I bought my actual Mother and CPU), so can´t, by now, upgrade it or burn it, so be CAREFUL and take care about your answers, because that´s my only Video card.
Thanks.

I'm not sure you could check out www.nvidia.com they most likely still have the specs there I hope. Leadtek's site www.leadtek.com may also have them there. You can try to find the speed rating on the chips and post it. I know ddr has them but sdr should also have a speed rating in ns. It is usually like on the last line of the chip...should be something like 7ns... (most likely won't have ns just a number). If you can't afford to burn it I wouldn't screw around with it. Personally I think it's really hard to burn a video card they will usually just black out or something and you can shut down and restart non oced. But better to be safe than sorry.
