GC69 vs Arctic Cooling Slim Silent Pro TC. Which is quieter?

I am currently using SVC-GC69, and am impressed by its noise. (I run it at slightly lower voltage).
SVC also carries "Arctic Cooling Slim Silent Pro TC" which is also praised for its low noise.

Any idea which one is quieter?
