GC68 on XP3200+

slappin together a box here w/ an XP3200+ and the only HSF I've got on hand is a GC68 w/ vantec stealth 80mm fan. No plan on overclocking. Will this heatsink sufficently cool the 3200 or do I need to pop for something more extravagant (say, in the 10 dollar range :/ )

 
As long as your case airflow is good it will probably be fine.
You might want to opt for a higher cfm fan though....

It is probably @ least as good as one of those stock ones that come with the retail box.
