GC68 and ECS L7SOM..help!!!!!

I am building a new system with ECS L7SOM w/ Athlon 1.2 g. And when I installed AMD retailed fan, system work fine. I try to upgrade to better fan w/ SVC gc68, system would started for a few second and then shut off. I tried on different MB and there is no problem. It happened only L7SOM.
Does Anyone have any suggestion? Also which way the fan blow(into HS/out from HS).

Hope you solved the problem since it is fews days ago,
You may be intall the heatsink not level and the CPU is overheat and freeze. (but you said shut down so it may not be this problem) or something is ground, keep things without contact.
if not try to disconnected the yellow wire (speed detection) of the heatsink (by carefully remove the tab on the connector and pull it out), and see if it fix the problem. (Some board do not detect the speed well and may hang.)
