GC vs. Xbox graphics

Depends on how the games are ported. The game will most typically look best on the system it is originally developed for...

wonder when the ps2 fanboys will flame me, but

xbox graphics > GC > PS2

but when a multi plat game comes out, i go by what game would have better controls. gc controller is my fav right now, esp w/ the wavebird, so GC gets a positive in that direction. esp in the case of NCAA football 2003. had the xbox ver before the GC version, and using hte white and black btns to stiff arm was too hard. also kept on laterally the ball w/ the left trigger. so i opted for the GC version, and i'm so glad i made the switch ^^

probably only rendering half the res .. taking advantage of tv interlace and blur to hide it. gc and ps2 are graphically weak compared, thats not new.

Looks like the GC version capture was taken with a camera from a regular TV. The Xbox version looks like it was taken off a capture card from a computer (Because it is so much sharper).

I have Robotech on the GC, and that linked picture looks terrible. I'm not sure if the GC picture I see on my TV is as good as the Xbox picture, but it's definitely much better than the linked GC picture.

Note that Robotech for GC does support 480P Progressive Scan Output (whatever that means - I have an old TV). Are the pictures you are comparing of comparable resolutions?
