I am recording with GBPVR and a PVR-150MCE. GBPVR is running in the background and I am wondering is it ok to listen to music,play games(CS:S and Oblivion),ect with it recording? It is running on the system in my sig.
 
I think the PVR-150 is a hardware-based card. If that's the case, you should be fine. You could always test record some show you don't care about and see if the resulting video comes out choppy.
