I'm really, REALLY itching to buy one of these. So what are the best games out right now for it? I'll probably want one RPG and one non-RPG game to start out with. I kinda want something that will take a while to beat or has a lot of replay value. So give me some recommendations! Thanks.

I'm playing FFTA, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Mario Golf
Golden Sun/Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age
Advance Wars 1/2
Fire Emblem
Super Mario Advance 2/3/4
Warioworld
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

I've got about 135 hours logged on FFTA (only game I have now) and beat GS/GS2 within 20-30 hours apiece. Plenty of replay value on those, if you keep them around. I sold them on Half a couple weeks after beating them, though.

Edit: Zelda is decent but gets old pretty quickly...

Metroid Zero Mission is great. Metroid Fusion isn't so great, but still fun.

Wario Ware is probably the best GBA game ever, though some people absolutely hate it. It seems to be a black and white thing though: either you love it madly or you despise it.

The Super Mario collections are pretty fun. Super Mario World, Super Mario 3, etc. Good for that nice retro feel.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past kept me busy for quite a while. Definitely on the list.

And you can't go wrong with some of the old-school Gameboy games. The Super Mario Land series for example.

So damn many games for GBA that are good, especially with downward compatibility.

I played Metroid Fusion and it was awesome. The only thing keeping me from Zero Mission is that I read that it's really short.

It's longer than Fusion. It's short for a Metroid game... maybe... but it's not short.

Ok I love Metroid so I'll check it out. Any other suggestions? What's the Number 1 RPG game for GBA?

OMGWATERMELON I didn't know they remade River City Ransom!! One of my favorite games of all time! Thank you for making me aware of this! I wonder how hard it is to find? Hopefully Fry's will have it....

It shouldn't be too hard to find, I got my copy at Frys in Anaheim (last copy at the time). I don't think it should be too hard to get your hands on it. It's a little bit different than the NES version but still very fun.
