GB K8NF-9 overclocking issues.

Hi all, my first post 🙂

For some reason this board won't let me go over 290HTT, it's perfectly stable at this, but when I try and go above it, windows reports it as 290!

I'm currently running 265x9=2385mhz, using the 166 RAM divider so my RAM is running at 216mhz (memtest stable). My HT multiplier is on 3x, so it should be runnnig at 795mz HT. The board only (officially) supports 800HT so this should be fine.

The weird thing is, if i go into central brain identifier, it reports the HT speed as 1060mhz, as if I am using the 4x HT multiplier.

What im trying to do is run 300x8, using 133 RAM divier, and the HT should be at 900mhz with the 3x multiplier. Except it wont let me go over 290. Bloody annoying. I've also tried using the 2x HT multiplier, and also dropping the CPU multiplier down as well, with no luck.

Pretty much no matter what I do, it won't let me go over 290HTT. When I post it will still say 300mhz, but in windows it says 290. This has to be some kind of BIOS problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
